Covid-19
Update: January 31st 2023
Please note we no longer have any restrictions in place or ask that you wear masks to your appointment.
However, we will still maintain a high level of cleanliness as both before, during, and after Covid-19. If you have tested positive for covid, or you are very poorly with either colds or stomach bugs then please refer yourself to our booking and cancellation policy and reschedule outside of the 48 hours for when you are feeling better. Thank You.
A message for our wonderful customers,
In the wake of coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure you that now, more than ever, our commitment is to you, your safety and your beauty treatments.
We are currently accepting appointments via social media and all calls at The Beauty Rooms Nibblers. There are no restrictions on treatments. All services will be provided in a safe, clean environment in line with all government health and safety guidelines and social distancing.
In times of anxiety and uncertainty, The Beauty Rooms at The Nibblers wants to continue to be your relaxation—your place—where, just for a little while, you can rest, relax and reset. Because this purpose is so important to us, to you, our salon and our team, we are taking every precaution to ensure our salon is immaculate, disinfected, clean and safe for your visit.
As always, and especially now, The Beauty Rooms at The Nibblers takes our commitment to the highest standard of safety and cleanliness seriously.
We are exercising every possible measure to limit risk:
As always, employees who are sick or are falling ill are being asked to stay home.
Like normal, beds are being cleaned and disinfected and service tools sanitized between every guest.
We are doubling down on cleaning efforts in communal spaces. While always clean and neat, we are now in constant wipe-down and disinfecting mode.
We will not be able to provide you with teas or coffees or magazine during your waiting or treatment time.
We will provide exclusive opening times for the vulnerable and elderly. We will share these when we reopen. Please do not book these times if you do not fall into this category.
While coronavirus remains a threat, we have temporarily discontinued blanket service.
What we ask of you:
If you are not feeling well or live with someone who is unwell, please call to reschedule and stay home.
When booking your appointment, we will ask for you to provide up to date client records – this is to enable us to track and trace should we need to contact you.
Please arrive alone to your appointment and only five minutes prior. If you have a carer please let us know when booking, but we ask that they also follow our hygiene and PPE rules.
You must bring a face mask with you to your appointments. These can be provided but will be at a small charge. We cannot carry out treatments without these.
Thoroughly wash your hands and/or use hand sanitizer often, especially when you arrive.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
If you have to cough, please cough into a tissue, then thoroughly wash your hands.
We ask you not to touch any of our retail products unless you are purchasing the item.
Please pay with a card (preferably contactless) where possible instead of cash. You can also pay in full when booking and paying your deposit at request.
Please be patient with us. These are unprecedented times. And we just want to keep our staff, families and our clientele safe. As details become available, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and follow the guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We encourage you to do the same. Be informed, know the warning signs, be proactive and stay safe. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
We are looking forward to seeing you soon,
