BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment request is very important to us at The Beauty Rooms, they are reserved especially for you and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.

  • We take deposits to secure all bookings. This can be paid via bacs, over the phone or in store.

  • We will require another deposit before we reschedule your next appointment. Full payment in advance will be required upon a second no-show or late cancellation. 

  • Please make sure you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late this may impact your treatment time and you will still be charged in full. 

  • Please respect this policy and familiarise yourself with it.

  • We will not tolerate abusive language towards our staff on the matter.  

  • Please note: Multiple cancellations and rescheduling last minute will result in payment being asked for in full, booking being declined or deposit lost completely.


Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours your deposit will be lost completely.
